Ping and Jitter are measurements of the speed at which you can request and receive data (Ping) and the variation in that response time (Jitter). In essence, they are measurements of the quality of your connection and are used to diagnose performance of real-time applications like video streaming or voice over internet (VoIP)

Good Measurement Levels:

• Ping less than 150 ms
• Jitter less than 30 ms
• Download Speed of at least 50 Mbps
• Upload Speed of at least 5 Mbps
